For $500, the OTU program will conduct: 

• Air sealing

• Install weather stripping

• Clean fridges and freezers, appliance tune up

• Install water conservation devices.

• Climate control systems, installed

GRES will also provide an upgrade checklist and cost for more measures through a follow-up program.
